We hope you love your Lilo(s), but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund on all orders placed through our online store, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Lilo(s) must be unused and returned with all original components, including the product box(es) and master box(es).
Packaging: If the original boxes are missing, you must source a suitable replacement box and share its dimensions with our team before return.
Eligibility: Returns and refunds are only applicable to the original purchaser.
Once your return request is approved, we will:
Provide a prepaid DHL return label.
Share a link to schedule a courier pick-up.
Please note:
If any items are used or missing, we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning, repair, or component replacement fee from your refund.
If you are outside a DHL pick-up zone or unable to drop off at a DHL service point, additional charges may apply.
Refund Processing: Once your Lilo(s) arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
